Term
Meaning
Screen snap shot
A picture of what the iCOMPEL is currently displaying.
Standalone
A player that is neither a subscriber or publisher.
Streaming video
Video which is delivered to the end user 'live' (that is, direct from the video provider).
Subscribe
iCOMPEL players that show a schedule from a publishing iCOMPEL subscribe to that device.
Subscriber
A player that accepts a channel from a publisher.
Support snap shot
A collection of detailed logging information used for support and problem solving purposes.
User Interface policy
The level of features exhibited in the menu bar and in other options (can be productive, detailed,
or expert).
Zone
A single display area in a layout.
